Residential Lettings

Our Let Only service is for landlords who want to stay hands-on but need the right tenant found and vetted properly.
We value and market the property to reach the widest possible audience, conduct all the viewings ourselves, and reference every applicant thoroughly. Our simple rule is that we would not put anyone into your property that we would not put into our own.
Contracts are drawn in line with the Residential Tenancies Act 2004, you receive a copy of the photographic inventory on move-in.

Bank Valuations
For lenders, solicitors & executors
Independent, professional valuations for mortgage and lending purposes, probate, and other professional requirements.
Every valuation for sales purposes is completely free. Where a valuation is needed for a solicitor or another professional purpose there is a small fee for that work — and if you subsequently sell the property through us, we refund it in full.

Managed Rentals
For hands-off landlords
Full property management for landlords who would rather not deal with the day-to-day. We currently manage over 100 properties on behalf of landlords across Kildare, Dublin and Meath.
The service includes everything in our Let Only offering, and then takes over from there: we register the tenancy with the RTB on your behalf, collect the rent monthly, issue statements as needed, act as the single point of contact for your tenants, inspect the property regularly, and handle renewals or re-advertising when a tenancy ends.

For non-resident landlords
If you own a rental property in Ireland but live abroad, Revenue's Non-Resident Landlord Withholding Tax rules apply to the rent you receive.
