  We offer two services:

2. Property management service

  Our Let only service: 

​

• We evaluate and value your property

• We market and advertise your property in a way to reach the biggest audience possible

• We conduct all viewings

• Reference - we wouldn't put anyone in your home that we wouldn't put in ours!

• Our contracts are in line with the Residential Tenancies Act 2004

• We give you a copy of the photographic inventory on move in

• Where possible we transfer utilities on behalf of the landlord

   In addition, we offer a Property Management service and we are currently doing this with over           100 properties on behalf of landlords.

  Our property management service consists of the following:

• We register the RTB on your behalf

• Monthly collection of rents

• Regular statements as necessary

• Contact point for tenants

• Regular house inpsections

• Renewal of tenancy or readvertisement where necessary
